Merlin4 (OE 2.5) for Dreambox DM 520/525.

Das neue Merlin4 (OE2.5) basiert wie immer auf dem aktuellen Experimental-Image von DMM (Dreambox OS).

Wichtig:

- implement HelpableScreen

- follow PiconMapper changes

- use key 7 to page up

- use key 9 to page down

- new config option to define jump time

- use < to jump back in time

- use > to jump forward in time

- use timer type selection

- fix not removed timer icon

- press OK once to zap; press again to close screen

- fix crash in prime time config
