The new HAKO mini Android Box (Amlogic S905Y4/4GB DDR4/ Android 11)

 

Already in the stores is a a new improved version of the HAKO mini certified TV-Box that improves significantly compared to its previous version.

And it is that we find in wireless connectivity, more ports, card reader, a more powerful Soc such as the Amlogic S905Y4 and even a version with 4GB of RAM. The operating system of this new version of HAKO mini is Android TV 11 with which we have integrated Chromecast, in addition to the necessary certificates to view paid streaming platforms up to 4K quality.


Specifications

The HAKO Mini Stick includes an AMlogic S905Y4 processor manufactured in 14nm. A Quad Core chip with ARM Cortex-A35 processors and an ARM Mali-G31 MP2 GPU that reaches 850 Mhz. This SoC includes decoding of the new AV1 codec, support for video output up to 4K@60fps resolutions and compatibility with HDR 10, HDR10+, HLG and Dolby Vision technologies.

On its small board we have soldered 2/4GB of DDR4 RAM and 8/32 GB of eMMc storage memory that we can expand thanks to the presence of a micro SD card reader.


Other features

Regarding wireless connectivity, we find Dual Band Wifi aC and Bluetooth 5.0. The included connectors are two USB 2.0 ports, one HDMI 2.1 video output, and one RJ45 10/100 network connector.

The operating system is Android TV v.11 and it includes a small Bluetooth remote control with a microphone and various shortcut keys to streaming platforms such as Netflix and Disney+.
