Wetek published a new video of a new Wetek receiver, called WeTek Play 2S, it is unknown whether it was just a change in name (Wetek Play +) to Wetek Play S2 or if it is a new equipment for a future release. The new Wetek Play 2S comes equipped with a 64 bit AMLogic S905 SOC and tuners supporting 4k, check out the complete specs and the zapping video:

Update: We have received confirmation that Wetek is going to present the new WeTek Play 2S this month at CabSat in Dubai, the device will support Android, OpenELEC and Enigma 2 operating systems, and there will be later this year Ubuntu Core for those who would like to do custom projects with more freedom.
