FW E2 WETEK PLAY: MNIGMA v.0.1 for WeTek Play (20JAN16)

Experimental release of PLi based Enigma2 for WeTekPlay.

- Major rewrite of Enigma-Wetek kernel module. Few items still need fixing. Hopefully soon.
- Reflashing recommended due to the nature of changes. As backup/restore seems to work fine for Kodi and other stuff,
does not seem dramatic. 
- As the new image has a sign 'Beware: fresh paint', you might consider waiting a bit, especially if the current image works fine for you.
