It´s now available to download a new version of the popular Kodi media player alias “Leia” that reaches its update 18.9 , possibly one of the last of this version that gives us corrections and that brings us a little closer to the next Kodi 19, where we will really see changes important in the system.
Since version 18 of Kodi we have substantial changes in its internal code that make, for example, compatible skins although for this latest version there are only a few, since they need to be updated in each new version.
Changelog:
- Work around third-party changes to HTTP2 and SSL/encryption that impacted internet access from Kodi by scrapers, streaming addons, etc.
- Fix memory leaks in TexturePacker
- Fix event server unable to send raw key strikes
- Fix issues around directory navigation and incorrectly-set start directories
- Fix MediaCodec YES / EGL rendering
